(Norcross, GA - October 28, 2020) - January 14th was awarded Best-Women Produced Short Film at the Urban Mediamakers Film Festival on October 28, 2020. The 14-day festival was held virtually and featured socially-conscious films in various genres from around the world, including workshops, panels, script readings, networking and Q&As. Writer/Director La'Chris Jordan served as Executive Producer on the film along with co-producer, Toni Bullock who recently won an Emmy Award for "Black Women Own the Conversation" (OWN).
